No Chewing Allowed! "Sweet Surprise" Giveaway Official Rules

  1. Eligibility

The No Chewing Allowed! "Sweet Surprise" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of No Chewing Allowed! (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

  1. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

  1. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 15, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

  1. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway:

  1. Follow @nochewingchocolate on Instagram.
  2. Like the official Giveaway post.
  3. Comment on the post telling us your favorite way to enjoy our truffles.

Alternate Method of Entry:

  • Send an email to info@nochewingallowed.com with the subject line "Sweet Surprise Giveaway Entry" and include your full name and contact information.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

  1. Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive a Deluxe Truffle Gift Basket valued at $150 USD. The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

The winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on January 15, 2025. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within five (5) days following the selection. Each winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  1. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners grant permission for the Sponsor to use their names, likenesses, and entries for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  1. Terms

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, the Sponsor may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor.

  1. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) participation in the Giveaway and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

  1. Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the participant agrees that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you hereby release and hold harmless Instagram from any and all liability associated with this Giveaway.

  1. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules

By entering the Giveaway, the entrant affirms that they have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
